From South
Take 93 North through the tunnel, drive over the Zakim bridge and take exit 28
At the bottom of the ramp stay in the right lane and take a right onto Washington Street. At the next light take another right onto (New) Rutherford Ave.
Following signs to City Square (pass Hood & Bunker Hill Community College on the right; later a Shell station will be on the left)
At the light take a left onto Chelsea Street. City Square is your first left, however it is one way. To arrive at the front of the building take the second left onto Warren Street and then take another left on Winthrop. Follow Winthrop up to Main and take left onto Main. Follow Main to the end where it becomes City Square. 10 City Square will be on your left.
Our building is a yellow/gold color with very big arched windows. The restaurant Olive's is on the first floor.
From the North
Take 93 South to exit 28 - Sullivan Square / Charlestown
Follow the exit ramp down into Charlestown - you will be on the road alongside the Sullivan Square T station (on your right). Get in right lane.
You will come to a traffic light at a rotary. Proceed straight through the light - entering rotary - and then immediately bear to the right onto (New) Rutherford Ave

Take the Mass Pike East to the 93N exit
Once on 93N, follow directions from the South -- see above
Via MBTA
10 City Square is accessible from the MBTA on both the green line at North Station and the orange line at Community College and North Station as all commuter rails from the north which terminate at North Station. Travelers will find that getting off at either stop will require a walk of about 10 minutes.
From North Station, walk along the Causeway Street towards N. Washington Street. At the light, turn left and you will cross the N. Washington Street / Charlestown Bridge. At the end of the bridge, take a right onto Chelsea Street. Take the left onto City Square, 10 City Square is the second building on the right.
From Community College, exit the station keeping Bunker Hill Community College on your left. Cross at the light and proceed onto Austin Street keeping the shopping center on your left. Turn right onto Main Street and follow to the end where it becomes City Square. 10 City Square will be on your left.

From the Maine Turnpike (I-95)
Take Exit 46 (formerly 7A) off the Maine Turnpike I-95, Go through the toll plaza and follow signs for Route 9. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Route 9 West/Western Avenue.
Go straight through the next traffic light (past the Citgo station on the right and Staples on the left). At the next traffic light (Fairchild Semiconductor and Northern Mattress & Furniture will be on the left), turn right onto Foden Road. Take an immediate left into the parking lot.
From I-295 South
NOTE: There is no exit when traveling North on I-295. Coming from the South, take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) and follow the directions above
Take Exit 3 (Westbrook Street/Airport). Off the exit ramp, stay in the right lane. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 9/Westbrook Street. At the next traffic light (Irving station on the left and Plaza 29/Ricetta's on the right), continue straight ahead. Stay in the far right lane. At the next traffic light (Young's Furniture is on the corner), bear right onto Route 9/Western Avenue.
